RingCentral Integration

Overview

Integrate RingCentral with Genfin to automatically send call recordings for analysis. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to set up the integration.


Integration


  1. Log into Genfin.
  2. Navigate to Organization.
  3. Scroll down to Integrations.

  4. Under "RingCentral", click "Connect".

  5. RingCentral will ask you to log in.

  6. RingCentral will verify that you want to connect your account to Genfin. Click "Authorize".

  7. RingCentral will redirect you back to Genfin's Organization page. If the connection was successful, you will see a "Connected" status.
